Rock Point Commons Executive Director Position Announcement

Seeking an Executive Director for our operation at Rock Point in Burlington, Vermont.

Rock Point Commons Director will serve as Chief Executive Officer for the Commons and its entities, including a conference center and a camp. The Director is charged with building a self-sustaining ministry of the Episcopal Church in Vermont. The Director reports to the Board of Rock Point Commons and serves as the Bishop’s advisor on this ministry and as a team leader of staff and volunteers.

Minimum requirements include: Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of leadership experience. Strong business or public administration acumen is a plus; Working in a non-profit; (a farm, conservancy, park and/or religious settings would be preferable) Active driver’s license.
