Discover the Rock Point and Arms Forest: Register for the January 12 Winter Hike!

Join the Lake Champlain Land Trust on a moderate winter hike at Rock Point, a property of the Episcopal Church in Vermont. Passing through mature forests and along cedar bluffs, the highlight of this hike will be the spectacular Eagle Bay Overlook. Lake Champlain Land Trust Executive Director Chris Boget will discuss the area's unique natural features and provide an update on the proposed conservation and trail restoration work of the Rock Point and Arms Forest Coalition (see https://www.lclt.org/ for more information about the Coalition).

What: Moderate Hike (2 miles roundtrip) Where: Leddy Ice Arena Parking Lot (Meeting Place) When: Saturday, January 12, 2019 Time: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm What to bring/wear: Traction devices for boots or snowshoes are a must.  We also suggest bringing a water bottle and camera.
